I think it is, LBS said there wasn't much difference the 2011 Roam 2,

I enjoy it more since I got the road bike to be honest. Upgraded the tyres to marathon plus to make it quicker and so I didn't have to mess about with punctures.

Yes i'm looking to fit marathon plus, not sure the tyres it came with are much good.

Mine came with Kenda Kwicks, they were ok but I blew them up too high and got a puncture!

Mine are Giant own brand psk or something like that, i don't know much about them at all.

I will be joining too, trading up from my basic MTB to a Giant Rove 2, lovely bike has everything I need and want. I should get it Thur or Fri this week as it had to be ordered from Giant. They only had medium in store and I need a small. I did try the other models for size. Soo excited

I had never considered them before but my sister's ladies' bike from the Giant Store is so good for the money, I started seeing them in a new light, and the service there has been exemplary.
