I'm posted this photo on twitter today and I've joined the forum to answer some of your questions.

Regarding your posts, the photo was taken this morning 2/12/2015 on Mile End Road, just past Stepney Green station.

I'm pretty sure it's this company - JRW HAULAGE LIMITED in Bristol, one of the directors is called Joseph Raymond WYATT, so works with the JRW.

Have you even checked the company website out? If you had you'd have been aware that it is a testing station.

They also operated under the name in the thread title, not the one in the picture. Now known as JRW Commercial.

Nor can he prove, although he's asked for proof himself, that both companies are the same.
