Just a little Amazon rant

I hadn't realised they do free returns, but then I've only done it once and that was to swap a book for a different one (bought it in Welsh language by mistake) where they dispatched the replacement and I paid the postage on the return.

i had reason to return an Amazon item not long ago , as soon as i had taken the item to a collection point the payment was credited back to my account . and as long as goods were seen back at Amazon within a time span there would be no issue , very good service and cant complain always been well impressed with amazon

I use a Sandisk 16GB card in my Contour HD. It came with the camera when I bought it (second hand) so I am unaware of where it came from or what class it is.

I have recently updated the battery from the standard 1050mAh to a mind boggling 1300mAh. The new battery is made by Wasabi Power who I first though were going to be a load of Japanese rubbish, however it works brilliantly and has extended the life from 2hr to about 2.75hr.

Something has snapped inside the camera though as when it is shaken, you can hear a rattle. I dont want to take the camera apart to find what it is because I might cause more harm than good.

I was going to get a new camera some time soon but my finances seem to have been diverted to driving.
