Just an update

Some may remember that in September 2014 I was taken out by a motorist on a local roundabout, still no cycling yet but plan (keeping fingers crossed) to be back out again in spring 2016. My fracture shoulder & heel will always have some stiffness in them and of course arthritis to come later! Still getting about on a walking stick and still some pain in shoulder at times. But I`m feeling much better these days and even spinning my old legs on an exercise bike which helps. The CTC Slater & Gordon got me a nice cheque, but no amount of money can ever replace the times I`ve lost cycling.
