It's awful in South London, not settling but really high winds and snowing hard at points. My chair is nice and comfortable

You missed a superb tailwind last night :-) Was worth a good +2mph on CS7!
Of course you have also missed the horrendous headwind yesterday and an even fiercer one today.....

Back on the bike today. Had a nice ride along waterlink way to the cutty sark and back again.
Recovery has gone well, still a bit sore but movement is good and felt comfortable on the bike.

Still just as cold as when I stopped though, not impressed :/

While Gaz was off his bike I too was off of London's streets visiting hotter climes and it was a real shock to return and find it has not warmed up at all.

Come on spring!

No more commuting for me for a few weeks after tuesday as I'm having the plate removed from my clavicle.
I hope it rains bucket loads in those few weeks :P so that when I come back it's all nice and clear
