From the pics, the shifters and front mech on the TdF aren't Claris which suggests it's not a full upgrade.

I think at this point you really need to go and see each bike to get a more detailed look. Or at least get the sellers to provide better pics - close up and in focus of brakes, cassette, chainset, shifters and mechs would be useful.

I will in the morning il polish it up took me 2 hours to get a pedal that had grown In new ones coming Monday got my half flat half spd on there for now ! Is it wrong to say I think it rides nicer than my team carbon boardman ?
