My escape, as you asked nicely

Stem is standard one. The bar do move shifter/ brakes closer but I'm generally only covering them in traffic anyway and sitting a bit more upright I don't regard as a problem. Mostly ride on the ends, it gives about the same position as the ergon bar ends I had on the flat bars but comfier with my XL hands. Front position good in a breeze (or peddling on a mission), bit more tucked up, I can rest my forearms on the rear part as well in a sort of tri-bar type way.
Cost around £17 from lbs (+bar tape). Grips are cut down originals
They ain't pretty but I like 'em.
