Recipe:
4 bananas (sliced)
400gms crushed digestive biscuits
50gms butter
397Gms tin of CONDENSED milk
4 Tbsp milk
150gms soft brown sugar
284ml (10oz) whipping cream
Melt the first butter in a pan then mix well into the crushed biscuit. Then put in a good size tin. place sliced bananas over the biscuit. Melt second butter in pan then add brown sugar and heat gently till the mixture boils, then boil for a minute. Stir constantly to stop burning. Take off the heat and add the milk and CONDENSED milk. Return to the heat and bring back to the boil gently and stir constantly. Boil for 2 minutes or until you have a thick sauce consistency. When cooled till warm, spoon sauce over bananas. lace some where cool to set (not a fridge if still hot), then whip cream and spread over the top. Grate chocolate to garnish.
