I`m not very enthusiastic when it comes to cooking, but have just made myself the tastiest roast I`ve had in a long time, roast chicken, crispy tatties, stuffing, broccolli, cauliflower, carrot and swede mash..........BOOTIFULL

Now for the washing up

Mr Puddles said that tonight after he had his very favourite being Haggis, Mash Tatoe, and Swede & Carrot Puree

He ate his, then he ate what the smallest left and then he ate what was supposed to go in the freezer to go in his lunch pot at a later date

I dislike roasts in the summer- it doesn't go with the weather, but after todays drizzle and chilly wind yours sounds like a good idea. (bit jealous)
Instead we went for mash with onion gravy and mexican bean burgers- bit random.
