Sadly I've probably overdone the grub more than booze...

The target this year was 2500 miles, which I reached in mid November, so I upped it to 3000 miles by the year end.

Not a huge mileage, but after a rubbish cycling year in 2007 and poor start to 2008 am pleased I've started to really enjoy my cycling again.

I lost nearly 3 months cycling this year due to severe weather during January and February, when in China and a combination of travelling and some illness, but still managed to make my amended target a few days ago so am fairly happy with that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
