Just NOT cool

I always ask, although one woman (she had a bungee from her rack entangled in her rear sprockets) gave me an extremely terse "NO I'M FINE" that made me feel a bit like this.

Perhaps they didn't know what to do? I've only just started offering my help or use of my pump because I've only just started carrying all the kit with me all the time and I only did my first repair a fortnight ago.

Pointless me offering help that I can't give right?
