Just reserved a Boardman, have I done the right thing?

Well just popped into halfords. No movement on Price, no freebies. They have said they can change the order to the new model no problems.

Just don't know what to do....

The frames are slightly different too, what dif that makes I don't know.

Older model is marginally better spec than current one imo.

Boardman paint chips. Such is life. Hardly a unique failing ime.

I'd get the new one, purely because I'd prefer the 50/34 to the 50/36.

I looked at the boardman comp to get on the Cycle to work scheme but was slightly put off with the standard of the groupset. it looked like it didn't belong and fell off the back of a lorry. This put me off quite alot. bit gutted really as i had built myself up to get one. I'll keep the giant tcr

I got one of these & love it, I've done a few changes, puncture resistant tyres, chainring, & the best one I've done lately was the seat. I changed it with a flux..... So much better now.
