Yep, me. But I didn't ditch the car, I just never had one.Hi, just wondering.....any members just ride a bike and have no car ?.
I normally hide when people get cameras out but Ian seems to have caught me incapable of moving, in my defence I had been drinking for over 60hrs pretty much non-stop at 'Off The Tracks'.Whatever he did it worked, but just the once, given the number of times he trots out that photo.
Just a cave for me, with a cycle path running past outside. You'll all be living in large towns/cities, then? With reasonable public transport and no children needing to get to 'activities' various.
I lived I a large city most of my life, now I live in a small village which has frequent buses that Mrs. M uses. I use my bike. Her two kids are adults now with her daughter owning a car, who has a child, so i'm a step dad/granddad. So yes Ajax you are right in thinking that.....You'll all be living in large towns/cities, then? With reasonable public transport and no children needing to get to 'activities' various.
Anyway ...
Excellent stuff Maenchi. I know of quite a few people who have done the same, especially young people who don't seem to see the need to own a private car. We can only hope it's the way things will go in the future.[/QUOTE
