Hi all, I'm 64 and have been a cyclist and a runner since I was 18. did triathlon for 10 years but never really got on with the wet part, so just carried on with the cycling and running. recently diagnosed with cll and angina so will be asking other members about their experiences as I fully intend keeping up with the cycling so looking forward to picking your brains.
