 Yes, you do!!!

I have only been riding it since Monday, already it feels like home! Its comfy to ride, the slightly bigger and lower pressure tyres (80psi) helping on the roads over a "proper roadie" and it'll handle the roughness of the canal bank and trans Pennine trail of my commute with ease. Keep forgetting to mount the comp sender unit tho'. It feels fast, but not sure how fast!

I do have some of those clip on ones- Raceblades..... the rear rack keeps the worst off, but it will prob. get full guards for over winter. Mind you I'm used to riding the MTB and never had anything on that..... Just had a decent set of waterproofs. Saying that tho', its 6.5 miles the most direct route, and if the weathers good I can stretch it out to about 12 ish...... Anuy more than that, I may as well just go for a ride for the fun of it.

I thought Kafffenbacks had mini-V brakes rather than canti's?
Always liked them...the older dragon blue colour scheme was in my opinion classier...but then its only cosmetic and i suppose you get used to anything mind you, i used to do airfix models of the Cirtus Kittyhawk WW2 fighter which had exactly the same colour scheme :ohmy:

I was after one about a year ago but they bumped the price up £100 and changed the colour at the same time...bah

Dont know the pricing structures TBH, but £99's still not bad for a decent frame. Mini Vees, cantis, I prefer the cantis TBH think they look better, and as I said, the Froglegs do work...... So I'm quite happy with my choice.

Its a fine choice of bike ratty... actually on the larger scale the colour scheme looks quite acceptable in fact, gulp rather good in an unusual sort of way
Might be one of those bikes which looks better in the flesh
I think the consensus on the old C+ site was about 40/60 to the question does the new colour put you off

Must admit I quite like the colour!! Mind you I like the baby blue of my On-One 456 as well its far better than the new "common red" that the new 456's come in....... Its [the kaffenback] a little bit more individual and unique to me (well round my way its unique!)
