Keiser M3i/ POLAR HRM

Does anyone on here have experience of using a Keiser spin bike ?

I have an M3i Keiser which has the studio computer. When I bought it I was told it will only work a Polar HRM. Annoying as I already had a Garmin & Frontier HRMs, but I could not make either work.

So I bought a Polar, which did work, but now if I connect the Polar it crashes the app. I have updated the apps. If I don’t connect the Polar the Keiser app works fine.

FIXED!
Having updated the apps for the HRM and the Bike and makin* no difference I took a punt on messaging Keiser tech support. They replied suggesting I update the Keisers computer firmware would fix my problem and hey presto they wer3 correc.

ive used it twice today and its been faultles.
