hi all anyone doing the ken laidlaw on the 19 th august

I'm not doing it this year but a few years ago I did; its the best organised event IMO. The year I done it, it poured for 105miles but the organisation, motivational signs, food stops etc more than made up for the downpour, enjoy :-)
The free photo wasn't the best but that had something to do with the model who wouldn't open his eyes

Think this will be my 4th year of doing it. Great event. Plenty of hills!
