Chatting to a guy at work today says this was one of the best sportives he did last year plenty of free grub at the end and ticks 3 of the best 100 climbs in the country anyone having a bash?

Yes. C2C 14-16 April, Way of the Roses mid-May and Trans-Pennine Trail mid-June. The aim is to do each one in two days riding, carrying some kit.

Nope - I've agreed one weekend a month during the year, which she's not happy but OK with. It's the first time in 20 years I've been this fit so she isn't complaining too much. It's next year's planned trip she'll have the hernia over

In July I'm doing the 3 Peaks in 24 hours (Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike, Snowdon) as well, but walking that one for charity. One excuse I've used is that I'm in training for it since she's all for me doing this one.
