I'm trying to incorporate into my floor routines, does anyone have any favourite exercises to target specific muscle groups for cycling they could share?

Yep, I have some (but don't use them as much as I should ).

They do target the areas you want to focus on.

If you eat sensibly () and follow some of these exercises, you'll soon tone up (and probably beat me to it in the process). Incorporate some skipping too, (2 x 5 minutes a day) and you'll be happy, I should imagine.

As long as I breathe, I attack.
I have always been interested in getting some , i rarely use my total gym as its buried under kids bikes etc so i tend just to use a couple of dumbells for shoulder raises , step ups etc then do press ups and then the ultimate gym tool ................the kids swing for pull ups and Australian push ups which seems to hit what i need.
