I'm still here...in bed...when I should be up and at 'em....this is rare for me, im usually up about 7.30am ...anyway...zzzz......today I need a little 'encourgement' to get up

Same ere... It's nice to have a few days off... But I suppose I do have a tennis lesson, followed by a circuit training session, so I'm allowed some laziness this morning! Right?

Up at 7.30am, I'm two thirds of the way through my commute by then and at weekends I'm back home having a shower after a couple of hours in the countryside, you lazy bugger .
