I have a Fuji tandem looking for £300
Hi its in really good condition yes it takes guards and a rack, its not a kiddie specific rear but my daughter managed on the back from about the age of 6 (with the seat right down) not sure she contributed much work but was mainly used for the school run.if you PM me your email address i can provide you some more detailed pics.
