Hehe, let me re-phrase that...
[tongue in cheek] Judging by the stance, i.e. you wouldn't hang about near to the edge of the pavement, knowing full well a car is travelling down the road towards you. Common sense tells you to take a step back or duck behind the bus shelter (if there is one). However, the driver went out her way to veer as close as she could to a point of danger and recklessness to cause maximum impact. She has done the decent thing by coming forward, as god only knows what the consequences could have been (see link). Examples need to be set.
It's not the water that is dangerous, it is a car speeding close to the curb, in the wet, with people stood in close proximity - even if they are annoying school kids!
I have just seen a clip of this incident on the one show. Couldnt believe the speed they were travlling at when they hit the water. Could very easily have lost control of the car and ended in tradegy.
Police are trying to track them down as they posted it on youtube.
yep, total numpty, for those that find it funny, you do realise that you're taking enjoyment from harm done to others? but, hey, they just exist for your amusement, if they can't take a joke f*ck em, yeah?
