I had a real disabled playmobilian when I was a kid, he got dropped and something broke and his legs wouldn't hold him up at the waist any more, so he lived in the wheelchair as part of the family that inhabited our dolls-house. They were just too short to be to scale, and the doors weren't wide enough for the wheelchair, but those things don't matter to an imaginative kid.
