Kids Raleigh racing bike frame & forks karma

saved from local tip this afternoon 1 x Raleigh r50 boys racing bike in pale yellow loads of dirt and dust but only includes frame ,fork , 26"x 1 3/8" steel rims and cottered crank . will do some pics 2moro along with sizes etc etc . free to collect from NN8 Wellngborough postcode or cost of postage ie £10 - 15 .

its 19 1/4" from centre of crank to centre of seat pin and 29" from floor to top of top tube made with Raleigh finest 18-23 tubing .

What age do you think this would be best for?

My 8yo or 12yo could make use of it and happy to pay postage if no-one local wants it.

sorry just measured my girls inside leg and she is only 27 inch,shame as i am trying to get her a cheap road bike to see if she likes it,she loves her mtb.
