What a stupid advert. God I HATE it. Stupid nonsense about a woman who cant make a sandwich. Why the hell would that be? Are Nestle REALLY saying they think we're all that stupid? Is that it?

I've never seen such b*ll*cks in an advert before in my life.

We have family friends who are the same age as my parents, and they used to organise hiking and biking 'expeditions' every so often.

Anyway, on one of these, circumstances conspired that the Husband had to make his own sandwiches one day, and GENUINELY didn't know what to do as he'd ALWAYS got his wife to do it!

My Dad had to talk him through it, and this guy is a Lawyer too!

I was at a BBQ where someones son was asked to slice some more bread. He held the knife still and moved the bread back and forth. They weren't the best slices ever made.

Dunno, haven't seen it, but I do know Nestle have been clever enough to get FREE publicity for one of their products on a major UK cycling forum.

It's an advert on the television ergo it doesn't affect me at all.

I still haven't worked out WHY I spent half a grand on this black shiny static-electricity dust magnet that mostly sits there doing absolutely nothing

Not seen that one. I detest the Meekat advert and the Direct line with a man talking about vaan insurance who obviously is an actor and has never lifted a screwdriver in his luvvy life!

I use adverts that irritate me as markers to avoid that firm in the future so, for instance, have never bought Civit Bang or whatever it's called due to the shouty man they used to use.

We have a better system. We record anything we want to watch and fastwind the adverts. A typical 1hr USA programme can be watched in 43 mins. Sadly news and the like we wath live and see the stupid commercials.
