We rescued this one from our wood pile with its mum. We had them both neutered to give them a better chance of being rehomed at the cattery. They both went to a farm together, 2 days later.

It took quite a while to get them to trust us as I think they had always lived outside. We would like to have kept them but we have a fast country road outside our door and I am tired of scraping cats up.
So the American kitten is now telling the UK (useless) kitten what to do about terrorism.

We need a sack and some bricks. Where's the nearest cut?
Is the American kitten not useless?

This is why I will always keep my cat indoors. No doubt the naysayers will say it's cruel, etc but having buried my 6 year old Siamese back in August who tragically got out by mistake, I could never go through that again. I now have a new kitten who will also be indoors and I will be paranoid about watching doors and windows. Thankfully she has shown no interest in the outdoors anyway.

I was watching the one from a few doors along earlier playing on the road catching leaves that were blowing and my heart was in my mouth in case a car came along and he ran out.
