Never mind the fruit - Giant Haystacks what a guy! Kendo Nagasaki and Count Bartelli too. And they say that wrestling is fixed - pfttt!
 
I used to carefully peel Kiwis until I took the plunge and ate one with the skin on - it really is rather acceptable and full of fibre. Nowadays I never bother with all that tedious peeling, and I benefit from all the lovely fibre that the skin must provide.

I like them under-ripe when they are hard - do you wait until they are soft and mushy?
