I'd say the same as others, keep at it without expecting to be back to full fitness immediately (i.e. don't try to ride at the speeds you used to) and you'll be fine soon enough.
Every few months, I have no choice but to take the car - my wife goes away on business and I have to do the school run, which makes it impossible to go by bike. She's normally away for 2 or 3 weeks and it's always always always a tough few days when I start back on the bike (and foot) again. But even my tired old body can get back into it after a few days
