Keep your eyes open, you may see the same car again.
For the form that the link was posted earlier, you are required to get two quotes. From seperate shops, your claim is treated exactly the same as that of any other vehicle on the road.
Get down what happenned on paper. Doesn't have to be in order to start with. You'll work through that list & put them into order. Ambulance called, see if you are able to get the names of the person who called it. Serves two reasons, time & location of the incident & a possible witness..

Yesterday at 15:00 for the MIB link. What I've put above is information that you will need to complete the form. Don't forget to check with the local police force, not station(s), to see if the driver does report the incident.
One question is what efforts have you made to find the driver & or vehicle, If you can prove that you have contacted the police over the matter. The MIB are in a posistion to be able to confirm that you have done so..

Well I am lucky I have full movement in shoulder,however no power or strength. Coiple of grazes and bumps.
Bike needed rear wheel truing a few scratches and the handlebar tape will need replacing so all in all a lucky man.

Missing riding terribly!!! shoulder is getting better however elbow hurts so can't use brakes
Going to start using an exercise bike.

Hmmm damaged ligaments in elbow bit like tennis elbow.the doc doesn't want to do cortisone injections so having to wear strap on forearm my riding is not going to plan :-(
