I'm hoping to get a new turbo asap. Pretty much 100% sold on Kurt Kinetic as they get awesome reviews and are fully manual which I want.
What are people's thoughts on magnetic v fluid? Looking at price difference it would be £90 more for the fluid version. The benefits seem to be (for me):
More realistic feel
No resistance lever, just use gears
Because of the above no cables
However I've heard fluid trainers can be inconsistent when used for long periods as the fluid temp changes.
Any tips/advice?
