Lefty tighty. Get it righty.
It means if you / one entertain the notion of entering into sporting or cultural events that include Israel expect it to be f"*ked up ...so don't invite them

But the organisers don't have a free hand in choosing who to invite - outside of wildcards, which IPT aren't

well yeah , but again why.... what does it achieve, its a cycling team , hardly responsible for whats going on are they

I think the main issue is that there's a team publicising Israel in the race. Without them there would be no protests, there were some at the ToB as well much much smaller and not disruptive.

I'd be very surprised if anyone watching a fairly niche sporting event hasn't already got a firm opinion on the situation one way or the other.

Look on the bright side.
At least when tomorrow’s mountain finish is sabotaged, you’ll all have something to talk about.

Outside of Spain and the cycling fraternity, what’s happening won’t even register.

And most people had an opinion on apartheid, but shunning apartheid South Africa both economically and culturally was effective in ending it.

Same as teams that ride around advertising shampoo or adhesive: Money

Sylvan Adams: Call your team this, and I'll fund it

I'm suspect not ...guess we'll see. I think this will spread whenever they ride on any race

I think you maybe underestimate how big "the cycling fraternity" is outside the UK.

Regardless, the people of Spain have shown they don't want representatives of a genocidal state cycling around on their roads as if everything was hunky-dory, and they won't accept it.
