lactate threshold

Anyone know anything about this. i dont, but understand that it can be worked out on a turbo session any pointers or websites which might help. I am looking myself but if any help would be appreciated

I don't believe it's very accurate on a turbo - proper tests take blood samples, or are done with an ecg and hooked up.
