Just finished putting together an old Carlton for my wife's London Triathlon later this summer, and she's really pleased with it, except that she finds the standard saddle 'excruciating'. Since she's only ever ridden sit up & beg type bikes with broad gel-type saddles, this is to be expected, but I'm hoping a ladies saddle might make a difference. Does anyone have anything suitable and not too costly?

I have a Body Geometry Women's Riva, 155mm saddle in white if that's any help

I've got a Specialized BG one I don't use - you can have it for the price of the postage as a donation to Unicef if you'd like  I can't recall what model it is - it's grey with some pale blue trim!

Thanks a lot citybabe & vickster - really appreciate it. I'll show 'em to her and see what she says. I think the BG might be a front-runner - it's a light blue bike, and she do like her colour-coordination!

She's gone for the Specialized B, and I've messaged vickster. Many thanks for your kind offer, citybabe, if the BG doesn't work out, I may get back to you.
