Lady Levads birthday

Lady Levad has a significant birthday in a couple of weeks ... I am at a loss as to what to get her.

She's not 'into' bling but does like to be smart, is a 'utility' cyclist (transport around town and to meetings, food shopping etc)

Not much money around either ....

Can anyone help?

Well most cakes are wheel shaped... could be a start.

Treat her to a nice day:

Go for a walk/bike ride.
Make a nice lunch and dinner.
Visit a gallery, go to the cinema, etc.

You don't have to spend lots of money* - your time, effort and attention will make it a special day.



*but do get a box of nice chocs and a good bottle of wine

Great idea - build a cake bike!

Two wheels - as Sh4rky says - tubing could be brandy snaps 'welded' together, 'Lady Levad' on the down tube etc (there wouldn't be a 'top' tube...)
Special 'gift' (cycling St Christopher?) inside the marzipan 'Ortlieb' style pannier...

Or a gentle voyage to London, admiring the South Bank, visiting the National Portrait Gallery and then selecting some mementoes...
