Hi has anyone rode the lake and dale route? Penrith to Penrith ? http://www.lakesdalesloop.co.uk Its fairly new, no map as yet available only a GPX which I cant download onto the Garmin. Any way I'm cycling from Sheffield via Skipton. any advice appreciated
