I don't really follow Tour de France but I have been wondering whether the guys who finished second to Armstrong have now been credited with wins now he has been expunged from the records?

If someone wins an F1 race and later gets disqualified for breaking the rules eveybody moves up a place.

As all or most of them were on the same medicine (Though to a lesser scale), no they haven't.
