Have you tried Specilized? Their site suggests there may be alternatives.

Looking at some of the images, the front forks don't seemed to be drilled for a brake?

I have been riding fixed for time trials for many years and would love to upgrade to a more aero/carbon fibre frameset, but they all seem to be the same with no facility for a front brake. Looked at Planet-X, some nice looking framesets and Dolan, but all the same.

Planet x suggested buying their frameset for £399 plus their time trial forks for £100+ and swapping them and wasting the original track forks, pushing it into the more expensive range.

Has anybody come across any decent frames for road/TT use?

The 7VRN track frameset from Brooks Cycles has a fork drilled for a front brake. The same frameset is also available direct from China for a fair bit less.
