Like a bag lady but its a homeless bloke he gets to carry all his stuff

It is a metal support that holds the bag in place. Works really well for me.

for commuting I use a carradice barley on front drops (with shimano) and works a treat, no steering or cable issues, and you'd be amazed at how much it can take
