That's part of my commute
(but not the fun bit, just the main road bit)
And just to spoil it for you...that's not a shortcut! if he was REALLY late for work, he'd have taken a more direct route from the woods and headed on Ecclesall Road instead of Abbeydale Road.......
..and definitely not into town to get to his destination which is WAY back along the road
I know this because, weirdly
(1) The road bit is just up from where I got knocked off
(2) The destination is the entrance lobby of my physiotherapist, and the girl is the receptionist there! (there is a "creative" company sharing the bulding so I assume it's part of that)

LIES ALL LIES, today I rode in with a normal messenger bag and did some off road stuff and it got everywhere in the way
