Thought this deserved its own thread as it seems like a proper bargain and will no doubt get snapped up quickly.

Scant description, pictures are limited and it seems to be fitted with non-standard bars / an aheadset conversion and some off-brand STI shifters, but looks well worth a sniff if you're local as I've seen these listed for far more money in the past..

Tbh were I closer I'd have it in a heartbeat, however it's a bit of a mission, I already have enough and it wouldn't surprise me if it got snapped up by the end of the working day..

No leave it up , if someone else gets it not a great issue as I have loads of others to ride .

It's only running 2 x 7 as the sensah levers are 2 x 7 according to seller so sounds like it needs a bit of sorting out

Cool. Tbh if the shifters aren't rubbish it sounds like a decent setup; STIs without having to spread the rear triangle to accommodate a Shimano-based 8sp+ setup.. while if you really don't like it, it's crying out for bar-end shifters.

I'd probably be binning that headset setup and going back to a quill stem and appropriate bars mind.

Yes had thought about bar ends or even back to original down tube ones

In all fairness got a couple of other tourers in my sights for very similar money that need no work other than a 3 HR drive

For the moment I have resisted the temptation to go and see this one as it needs the gears sorting and I already have a couple of bikes that need work
