Lateral Movement in the Rear Hub

I am after some advice please, I have purchased a new Planet X EC-130E, the bike comes with Selcof 40mm carbon clinchers. I have only ridden the bike for two miles as a test, i have noticed that there is a little bit of lateral movement in the rear wheel. The wheels have Selcof hubs with cassette bearings, the end caps are tight. Is this normal for this type of wheel? I done want to go far until i have had a response from someone who knows what they are talking about

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Post some pictures of the axel - you may be able to nip up the pre-load if we can see the non drive side.
