I think it's ponies that are been used. I got some of the adulterated lasagne stuck in my throat and my voice went a little hoarse.

The French eat horse meat so perhaps it will be made compulsory in a EU directive for the British to also eat it as well !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have knowing eaten horse burger twice. The first time was when I stumbled across a restaurant in Orleans that was advertising them on a blackboard outside the restaurant. Curiosity got the better of me......

The second time was at the same restaurant the following year when I sought it out to enjoy the experience again.

It's all very well laughing at this but my wife was rushed into hospital because she ate a 100% horse meat burger.

Luckily I've just had a phone call from the hospital and she's now in a stable condition!
