Coming gently back down the woodland walk y'day - a onetime railway track, now converted to a walk & cycle-way. Paused at a borderline-bottleneck to give way to a cyclist coming t'other way, when suddenly she's overtaken by a baggy-shorted shitferbrains doing what must have been nigh on 20, this on a soft, muddy, gravel-strewn path surrounded by undergrowth and largely populated by peds, kids, dogs, the elderly...."Bad move" was the best comment I could come up with in the split-second before he sped past me. I doubt he even heard me. Wasn't breaking any law that I know of. Just being a scumbag...

wanton & furious riding or driving i believe. a really old law that is still in force i believe, covers horseriding and the like from way back when.

now try and get a copper to deal with that. probably get a confused look from the younger ones.
