Lazy bones first outting

Been very lazy but the weather is dry and the emx-1 has been dusted done
Let me see if I can do the bike some justice today - doubt it.
Off to the loo to remove a few extra pounds and then to wrap up warm and do a slow 20 miles or so.
Might be back sooner if my old legs get tired or it looks like rain!

harder work than I thought it would be
lost an emergency light I had slotted into my stuff sack
the hills were hard work and my lowest gear was clicking out all the time - had to hold it in on one climb
out again in the morning for more
