Wondered if anyone knew if there is a download of the route?

I've looked on the website and cannot see anything

There is!

Scroll down, choose which of the routes you want (I'm doing the 50 miles) and click on "Learn more" in the appropriate box, scroll down and the route is right there.

It's shown in RidewithGPS so whether you can do anything with that might depend on whether you have a RidewithGPS account, but the route is there.

Been able to download and transfer to Garmin app

Hope it shows on my device now
