Le tour, which bit should I watch (no spoilers)

As not everyone has the will or the bandwidth to consume le tour 24/7 (priorities, I know) there's normally a: How many ks from the end of the stage should I start watching? thread.

In the Pog era, this could quite normally change to: How many ks from the end should I stop watching? so I've made it more generic.

Anyone care to contribute once today's stage is done?

Cheers dude, I was literally thinking about a need for this thread earlier today

I'm trying to sort out a bike fitting for my daughter after work, make her dinner, and then as the weather is not very english, I'm actually planning to go out on a bike and ride outside, then back, shower, and my daughter wants to watch (Spain destroy Portugal) the football, so yes likely zero time to watch any TDF today, though I will check in later for a summary as to where I should look to watch from, and will try and do so tomorrow, or possibly at bed time.....

I've had to bin the ride which is sad, had to try and rescue a fairly rogered gazebo, and have now been guilt tripped into trying to get Rouvy configured /working for my daughter, so that will be my evening instead......

Anyone have any suggestions of from how far out to watch today's stage?
I'll try and watch some later whilst chugging some food.

Inner ring is suggesting the first hour after km0 at 1240 (1140 UK) might be worth watching again but oddly don't give an estimate today for how much of the finish to watch.

Due to not getting up early because of a wedding thing and the football, combined with riding outside in the glorious heat, and then watching the men's Wimbledon final, I saw nothing of yesterdays stage or the results.

Profile wise it seems it could be interesting - can anyone advise from how far out would be a good point to watch it from please?

*I did enjoy Thursday's stage, despite Pogi riding off into the distance
I can't help but think it might have been better (For the race) to just ride well within himself, ridden clear with Jonas, and have outsprinted him at the end, though I can see why he would want a clear gap of course.

prob from the start of the stage as riders are trying to get a gap and various factions/factors come into play.
No way is Pog towing Jonas. Get him away from his team as far out as he can then just make him work or go back to the group. Fantastically effective if you can do it.
