lean languages podcast

Hi everyone.

I was wondering if anyone knew of a particularly good "learn french/german/spanish" podcast. I am wanting to find one that comes in lessons so I can learn a new language while out on the bike... I sit there for a few hours, so might as well do something useful!

Preferably french, as I know a little german already.

linguaphone is rated although it'll be mp3

I know someone that could let you have that I think

podcast/mp3/anything, so long as I can play it on the iPod, I don't mind!

If you know someone who would let me have linguaphone, that would be great as I have heard they are very good.
