The odd thing is that I've been married for 30 years (to the same woman) and I don't remember proposing. She certainly didn't - I'm not sure how it all happened.

My colleague was in a huff about the extra day 'what is the point? it's just stupid', I then tried to explain about the orbit on the Earth etc... but she looked at me with such a blank expression, so I tried again as though I was talking to a very young child... I think it went in

You have my sympathy, I have had the lurgy for almost 2 weeks now and cannot shift the darn thing.

Mrs FF has had similar. I had lurgey at Christmas too and never seem to have gotten 100% better. Has really impacted my cycling.
