The walk was quite nice, but there is a reason i cycle and dont run, i have a bad knee and it has already started hurting

Mine is giving me trouble at the moment after walking on Monday. Thankfully the cycling doesn't give me any pain at all Having someone lock their bike to mine is my pet fear whenever I leave my bike in a public rack. Hope it's not too much hassle to get the rest of the bike rescued
