they're the publisher and so will be responsible what what appears

I had one where the driver claimed it was my fault for weaving all over the road and having no lights!

When I pointed out that the line was steady on the video and you could clearly see the 720 Lumens lights showing up road signs and fully illuminating the name and reg on the vehicle - I was accused of photoshopping the images!

So far the trolls haven't found me either and the only 3rd party comments have been decent, 'what's the song called etc.' got a pm from a friendly bloke asking if I thought the camera was good enough to mount on his microlight.

I tend to get more good comments than the negative prats tbh. A fair few peeps (not all cyclists) who want to know about the cameras I use. One guy wanted it for a rally last week. I think it helps that I have a mixture of videos and you're always happy to help out nice people.

There will always be those that want an argument though. I'm guessing that they'd cr*p their pants coming out with half that stuff face to face.
